    Very disappointed with the billing experience with this app. I downloaded BeautyCam on August 20, 2026 and signed up for the 3-day free trial. I forgot to cancel before the trial ended, so on August 23 I was charged $62.82 for a one-year subscription. I accepted that charge because I understood that I missed the cancellation deadline. I then canceled the subscription so it would not renew next year, but I still had access to the subscription until August 23, 2027. However, on September 9, I suddenly could not download any apps from the App Store because of a billing issue related to BeautyCam. This was confusing because I had already been charged for the annual subscription. While trying to fix the issue, I accidentally selected the option to renew because I thought that was what I needed to do to resolve the billing problem. I also updated my Apple payment method with a new card. As soon as I added the new card, I received an email showing another BeautyCam annual subscription charge of $53.39. I have now been charged $62.82 AND $53.39 for what appears to be the same one-year BeautyCam subscription on the same account. That is a total of $116.21. I have already submitted a refund request through Apple for the duplicate charge and am currently waiting for their decision. This whole billing experience has been extremely confusing and frustrating. Please be very careful with the free trial, subscription, renewal options, and your payment method when using this app.

    I was charged $7.99 repeatedly for a WEEKLY subscription, which adds up very quickly.If you use this app, please pay very close attention to the subscription price, renewal frequency, and your credit card statements.

    It said 7 day trial then $49 a year. Charged me immediately!! Also subscription of the ‘yearly’ expires in 6 months. Completely misleading. Watch out.

    Trying to purchase the free 3 day trial and my bank keeps declining a $24.98 purchase from the app. Don’t know why it’s charging me for a free 3 day trial. I also tried paying for the 1 week $7.99 subscription and my bank declined the same $24.98 purchase from the app. Weird. Helpbot isn’t any help either
