    I payed for subscription for 1 year for my vacuum robot, however for it I cannot use this app, we have another one. I asked a refund through the Apple, and I was declined. I do not need this subscription at all. It will be good if you help me to do refund. Thanks. The email you gave for refund- doesn’t exist. Please double check the email. PS updates. I wrote in correct mail, without “g” few days ago, and nobody answer about refund. What is the next step? PS 2 , after 2 weeks nobody answer me. I will do it every week till I receive money back.

  • App is a pain to use

    Virtually no support. Hard to figure out how to add a user without having to pay additional fee. I also reached out to them with questions via email and, as expected, they never replied. I’ve canceled this app so I don’t get charged (ripped off) again. Avoid this app at all costs.

    I don’t like the forced subscription. It’s ridiculous and restrictive. One of the attractive features was the ability to control from my phone and it can only be done if you have a subscription. Doesn’t even give you basic access like turning on or off remotely. Will be researching and changing out as soon as possible.
