I just purchased the app and everything shows broken images. Also I tried contacting customer support and that part doesn’t even work. 7 bucks down the drain instantly lol

Don’t waste your money on this scam. After purchasing app they then want additional money to buy tokens in order to use the app !

The app does not perform as advertised. You are not able to access your camera roll for uploads, and when you tap on certain navigation icons/menus, it does nothing. Also, when you go to app support, your inquiry will not send. Everything about it is one big glitch. Don’t waste your money!

Purchased 6.99 after seeing it advertised on Facebook. When I opened the app, none of the pictures are loading. And you have to purchase coins

Makes you purchase a membership first either 6.99 or 34.99 then makes you purchase “coins” to use certain templates. But it has an “X” in the upper left corner that doesn’t actually work. and you can’t navigate the page. Once you purchase the coins and attempt to make a video then the coins purchase auto pops up again and won’t go away and you can’t use the points you already purchased. No way to get money back.

  • Subscription Doesn’t Actually Give You Access

very disappointed with Glabu. I signed up and paid for a subscription, assuming that the subscription would give me access to the features and services advertised. Instead, after paying for the subscription, I found out that I couldn’t really do anything without purchasing additional points. I feel like this was not made clear upfront. If I’m already paying for a subscription, I shouldn’t have to keep paying extra just to actually use the app. The pricing structure feels misleading and frustrating, especially when the additional cost is only revealed after you’ve already committed to the subscription. I would not have signed up if I had known that a subscription alone would not give me meaningful access to the app.

So I just subscribed to this app. Paid subscription obviously. I then opened it to play with it and it forced me to purchase coins! I literally could not even play with it after paying for a subscription unless I then dished out more money for coins. That’s excessive and I’m really disappointed. I’ll be cancelling this immediately . Way too greedy. In addition, after paying for subscription and then coins just to be able to use the app, half of the options aren’t even available to me. I wonder how much more I’ll have to pay to utilize all the available templates…
