    Whether you are working out at home or on the road the ability to maintain your fitness continuity is simple. if you normally bike and the gym only has tread the ability to pivot is simple with peloton.

  • Downgraded Us To Worthless Service

    We’ve been subscribers to the peloton app service for years and use the cycling. I updated the app today to find that we’ve been downgraded to a version of their new app that only allows you to do 5 rides a month and no longer allows you to connect your app to your bike. I’ve escalated to management but if this is not resolved I plan to cancel!

    I’m surprised at how much I love Peloton, both on the hardware and on-the-go via the app. It’s convenient, easy, and clear. The workouts work. The functionality is there.
  • Deceptive Messaging

    Be aware the subscriptions offered through the app do not provide access to the bike membership. The deceptive messaging suggests that you have unlimited usage of the bike but it doesn’t actually allow you to use the bike. Additionally, when you ask for a refund for double payment, they will NOT refund you.

    The app lost all of my information, including all my saved classes. I don’t like the fact that now I only get three sessions a month of equipment classes. This is ridiculous. I will probably leave Peloton in the new year.

    I wanted smtg that would help me increase the intensity of my workouts and this app has done a great job in the classes I have taken. I’m still a tad confused on just on demand classes as most of the schedules are outside of when I I would be able to work out. But I sort of stumbled upon on demand and so far the ones I have done have been great. But took a star away bc it isn’t clear what can be done on demand and what has to be live.
  • Absolutely buggy interface on bike

    Unable to connect apple watch during session, paused session to connect watch, when trying to resume the session - entire session was completely black with no sound. Had to restart ENTIRE session without the ability to fast forward to where i was before. COMPLETELY ruined the session with one issue after another.

    I love the shorter workouts as it makes me feel like I can accomplish it and still get on with my day
