I have been using Nixplay for years, but I recently upgraded to a larger frame. I needed some help with the settings. (I was chopping off some of my photos) I emailed them and in 35 minutes. These were originally advertised as syncing to Dropbox for free. They have changed their terms and require a subscription for that same feature. I find that kind of business practice dishonest. Pic-Star makes digital frames with free unlimited storage and third party cloud integration.

Their shady business practices will leave your frame bricked and useless. I’ve started replacing their frames with Aura frames and won’t be looking back.

This frame is terrific. It is easy to use and add photos. And the customer service experience was exceptional (we adopted the frame from a family member and needed help disconnecting their account. Highly recommend this frame!

I had an issue with a frame purchased last year that I inherited from my grandparents. I contacted support through email and Joe from Nix replied right away and fixed my issue for me. Great customer service!!!

I love the frame when it works properly. It’s a great concept but there are too many unexplained processes that can arise. Help section is not helpful. Should be as easy as receiving pictures and they go to and are played in their assigned albums and frame. I have had my frame for years and it hasn’t gotten easier. Sometimes the pics automatically play on my frame after receiving them and sometimes it takes me hours trying to get received pics in an album and often that doesn’t work. Very frustrating and costly.

Lou was very helpful to me in loading an album I was having difficulty with for some unknown reason. We communicated back and forth thru email several times and finally my album was finally uploaded successfully. I appreciate the time he spent to help me out Claudia Hudson
