    I have started doing yoga using this app for over a month now. I tried beginner 2 but it was easy for me as I have been doing other exercises and I swim, but never tried yoga until then. I started doing intermediated 1 and I fell in love with yoga and the app. The app has very clear explanation and very easy to follow instructions. The level is challenging enough for me. I tried another yoga app for about 2 weeks before I started using down dog and this app is far more superior. I paid for the subscription and thank you for the 30% discount. I like how you can chose full practice or to focus on specific body parts , different types of yoga and different types of music and also choose the duration. The sequence of the poses never repeats. I have referred this apps to many of my friends and relatives already. My husband started doing this, he paid for the subscription as well and he loves it too. Now the part I want to be added on it to be able to adjust the time even after starting the practice. For example today, I set the practice to be 45 minutes but it went by quick and I wanted to add another 15 minutes to the current practice but I couldn’t. Please add that option. Again this is THE BEST YOGA APP. Using this app since 2018 along with HIIT and Pilates. This has been keeping me in shape and healthy. Thank you

    I love the price and the many, many options Down Dog offers—choose your level, the kind of music you want played from classical to ethereal New Age and many between, also the guide’s voice can be male or female and in a variety of accents, and how long of a session from six minutes to at least an hour and a half (maybe more). Also they keep adding different styles from tradition hatha to yin and many more. It’s a real bargain. Only thing I find quite tasteless are the gynecological zoom shots of the model in certain bends , floor twists, and invisible OB stirrups poses—really—like the camera person couldn’t do a ceiling/ladder downward shot? Thus you might find this uncomfortable with your guy or dad/uncle/brother or, heaven forbid, your teenage boy in the room.

    When I travel for work or pleasure, I enjoy having this app as an option for a morning work out. I can use it in my hotel room and so I can get in a session even if there is no gym.

    I’ve used so many apps for exercise and yoga and I just ❤️ this one. It always calms me and the yoga gets me moving and sweaty. And that’s with me staring all over at beginner level. I always enjoy it, even when the poses are difficult. Thanks for the app! I’m a forever customer.

    Thank you Down Dog! You got me started on a beautiful practice that I will continue forever! I love all the variety in styles, areas to concentrate on, levels of difficulty and amount of time I want. My only ask is that you have a variety of models doing the yoga. Thank for a beautiful beginning Down Dog! Update: 1569 consecutive days and I love the updates you have made; one thing is I would like to see a variety of models doing the yoga practices instead of just one woman. Thank You! Day 2325, I have continued my consecutive days of yoga practice:) Thank You! Update: Day 2,467 of consecutive days of practice; I use Down Dog and other sources, but it has always been a staple in my practice!
