    I’ve followed this program for about 3 months now. Was ridiculously easy at first but has became a tad less easy. I thought I signed up for one program (wall Pilates) which I was misled about price. As it turned out I signed up for 2. $39 + $27. Shame on me for being so stupid. Canceled both. Only used the chair yoga (I think once). I’m not even sure if the second one is yours. Very confusing-buyer BEWARE!!!!!

    My husband and I have been doing this together. We’re doing the Pilates wall workout. We are finding it challenging. We feel like it’s making us stronger and also more flexible. As we age, strength and flexibility are qualities we are prioritizing. We hope to continue with other modalities when we finish this one!

    Very good app and great options for daily practice. One area of improvement is to have verbal instructions both sync with the on screen action better and also to provide constant verbal instruction because most of the time you are not able to watch the screen the whole time.

    I really enjoy the workouts although they need to be a little more versatile. When I finished the last session, it asked if I wanted to increase the intensity, I said yes and it just sat there upgrading for more than an hour until I got frustrated and turned it off. I closed the app and went back to it and nothing changed.

    I got this app for the chair yoga, as I have knee replacement, and also now recovering from arm fractures. Getting on the floor is near impossible as well as getting back up. Also can’t get on my knee. I am able to do most of the poses, with some modification. Always feel better after each session.

    Yoga-Go chair yoga is a terrific, fun, and habit forming program to get in shape and stay in shape. Going on into my third year now , and it’s been fun and has helped me to build strength, flexibility, lose weight, and has decreased my pain and improved my sense of well being.
