    Their claim was they could not find my email: the one associated with my account. Then, the request was made to send screenshots of all this other stuff: purchase receipts, account details, etc. Is this really where we are-instead of doing their jobs at a basic level of competence, the consumer is asked to do all these things FOR them? What are we doing here? This is the digital age, right? Perhaps it’s time, we, as a world, return to analog living. At least in part. Teach problem solving. Resolution. Basic searching. My best advice: Take your business elsewhere.

    I love the yoga go app, lots of guided exercises and meditation. I’ve been doing the Tai Chi and chair yoga. I also love the yoga even though I’ve been trying to master the Tai Chi lately 💫I’m feeling so much more grounded and strong❤️

    It’s impossible to repeat part of a program without doing all of the sessions and then starting over! I hate this app. It’s awful. Save your money.

    Charged me three times in one day. Different prices. I ordered a one month session and they cancelled in the middle of the month when it was supposed to be a month long session. After looking into it I found they charged me several times the previous year but I wasn’t paying attention to my PayPal. My fault! But I do want you to know they will charge you several times and won’t give a refund. They offered me no refund only a year of sessions free. They are not free. I already paid for them. I will Never again even stop at one of their adds. Do it at your own risk!!!

    I have enjoyed tai chi with the women and then it switched to the gentlemen and on my I pad it switched to another person interrupting the sequence of lessons but my phone is still the geo! What’s going on please.

    I was enjoying the tai chi workout. When my contract was up,I renewed, hoping to continue where I left off. Nope. It started from the beginning and I can’t proceed.sneaky sneaky app.

    So happy you reached out because I have a question but first let me tell you how much I love the program. I have been doing it every morning since I first subscribed months ago. I’m on the 30 day advanced level 20-25 min focusing on the belly area. When the 30 days are completed I am asked if I want to kick up the program or maintain my current level but there is no place to in fact increase the intensity. I don’t hit the maintain current level so perhaps that increases the intensity automatically. I love the program and have recommended it to many friends. I’ve been doing yoga for years and since a knee injury chair yoga had great appeal. My knee has improved so I now combine both methods. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to ask my increase level question and to let you know how much I look forward to my morning Yoga go program. Namaste…🙏 Jo Ellen Grossman

    Unfortunately I had to cancel early due to a medical emergency. But the support team responded quickly within 24 hours of every question I had. They also didn’t delay with returning the membership fee. 5 star for service, friendliness and punctuality!
