I used the app for about 8 days then stop using it. Then was charged $50 for a subscription that I didn’t want or use and was refused a refund!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I can not access gives me an error message to try again I can’t access my account or contact info for the app so I logged out of the app now it says my email is incorrect I feel like they took my money and I have got nothing

No way to access plan after you have paid for it. They will send you an email with the link to an app. With a login code, but there’s no way to get into the app nor put in the login code you have received you can ask for help and get no reply. Very suspicious buyer beware.

Sends you a code to access the app AFTER you’ve paid for it (and agreed to automatic monthly renewals) and then the code doesn’t work and requesting a new code doesn’t work either. How are you supposed to access the content you paid for or cancel the monthly charge. Hmmm.
