    If you order from the app it will not allow you to cancel the order. If the order ships you will pay return shipping even with 30 day guarantee. That would be fair if it would allow you to cancel like it should. I’ll update if they fix this but for now I want to cancel an order I just placed and it won’t show on the website. In the future just order from Amazon, much easier and cheaper.

    Great cameras and app, I just wish the developing team would change the location of the pop up message or at least allow us to delete it. It pops up right over the area where you change what date you’re viewing and makes deleting videos to clear storage a headache.

    I’m on the brink of returning all 4 cams to Amazon. The quality is not Iwhat was advertised. CONSTANT erroneous “ human” detections. It’s at a point where I need to shut off notifications and now what’s the point of having the system?? I’ve even created a zone to avoids our stand up patio umbrella and it still notifies us about a “ human”. So this tells me you DO NOT use Ai and that’s false advertising AND zone edits do not work which also is false advertising. What will fix this issue??!

    FIX YOUR APP!! It hasn’t worked right in almost a year. Videos fail to load. They fail to delete or even update! It’s absolute junk and basically useless!!!

    No! Just No! At least let us opt out of product advertising. Not on the Devices page or Events page at least. Update. I had to completely remove this app due to severe battery drain without even using the app and dismissed. Before I did, I even turned off notifications, background updates, network permissions, cellular data, and anything I could think of that might be the source. It was still the number one user of battery. Also happening on my wife’s new phone.

  • Unable to see videos recorded on storage cards

    When I first got my security camera I was able to see recorded footage on my iPhone from what was recorded on storage card. Out of the blue I Can no longer see recorded storage footage anymore.. Why..?

  • Bloated and confusing UI

    I bought the eufy cameras specifically for use with HomeKit. I'm glad that I don't need to use this app after setup. It is slow, riddled with advertisements, and was not a quick process (even verification codes were delayed and buggy). The cameras work as expected but this app experience already has me looking to other brands for the next setup.
