    I don’t like is that it gets knocked off the charging port really easy and won’t notify you so it will be almost dead when you go to put it on for the night. Also it gets disconnected from their foot very easily and won’t reconnect til they move their foot. Has also given me false readings and doesn’t notify you for their oxygen level.

    This pump is so frustrating to use. Not worth the money. It’s so difficult to take off the battery. It leaks even when I make sure it’s put on correctly. I bought it for convenience and it is not convenient

    If it works, it is great. But it has so many glitches, that I end up not being able to login the amount I pumped. It will say it was not successful saving the data or the session will not show up till hours later.

    I haven’t used it all that often. It’s always plugged in. But when I do go to use it the base station is all red and offline and I have to redo everything every time. So I give up. Frustrating.

    Developers of this app need to do better. Pump’s work great but the app is extremely slow and glitchy. Doesn’t save my pumps accurately, crashes, long loading times

    If I had known the app would have so many pop-ups and that they would migrate to an entirely new app that doesn’t work, almost three months into being a first time mom, I would have chosen an entirely different product. The new UX for “moving” devices is not user-friendly and doesn’t work which is completely unacceptable.
