App is very buggy. Not all features are reliable.
  • Apple built in features work better

iOS messenger monitoring features, even after installing Mac app did not work. Trial period, even with three extension days is incredibly short, so there is no time to figure out anything. Did not do much of anything better than the built in iOS parent protection.
  • Kids can unilaterally uninstall

Features are great, as long as your kids doesn’t discover you’ve installed it. In that casa there is no protection in the system for your kids to unistall it. In my case wasted 100$
  • Warning: Kids can hack it!

I am an 11-year-old, whose mother put this app on my iPad. And after just a few minutes, when it was past 9 p.m. (that’s when I’m not allowed to use my iPad), I realized this app doesn't work. Obviously, I didn’t tell my mom because why would I risk taking my iPad away completely? But that’s beside the point. I also want to tell you how this app works. It doesn't block apps. It only blocks apps like Safari and Google (the internet). Actually, what this app does is turn off your wifi and make it unable to turn on until the next day. This means any apps that don’t require Wi-Fi to function, your child will still be able to use. Last but not least, I would like to close by saying, “Dear Parents, do not get this app,” and “Dear kids, enjoy watching your parents go wild when they realize this app doesn’t work!” (Yes, I’m being partially sarcastic.)

I stole my moms phone and this app is terrible. Honestly what was anyone thinking when they got this app. It’s an invasion and I get into many arguments with me parents now. Shame on this app.

I pay for Premium version and even so this app is still pretty awful. Location tracking is one of the main things I wanted in a monitoring/supervision app and it’s basically useless. Even after hitting the refresh button multiple times it still gives my child’s location from hours ago, not their current location. What’s the point of having this feature if it never works?? I will not renew my subscription to this app.
  • Doesn’t work well on iPhones

We’ve tried to make this app work for over 6 months. I feel like the premium subscription was a waste of money. Our children quickly found ways around the app (lots of bypasses on YouTube and Reddit). We see our son using his phone and yet it still reports zero time in the app. Our daughter says she doesn’t use the phone at all and it maxes out her time. After months of trying and talking with customer service as well as the help topics, I’ve decided to give up. The VPN also makes the phones very slow. It can only attempt to block new downloads but doesn’t prevent using apps. I think that there is no great solution for iPhone because developers are not allowed to really lock phone due to strict privacy rules with iPhone. I think they should be more forthcoming in letting us know that the program doesn’t really work for iPhones.
  • What a joke - too easy to remove and to hard to reinstall

My 12 year old was able to remove this in less than 20 minutes, what a joke. I want my $100 back.
