They need to define their web categories much better. Why is shopping at department stores or Autozone - car parts, etc - under “Entertainment?” Buying shirts at Amazon is blocked as “Entertainment.” T would take one tech an hour (I could set it up in an afternoon) to go through the categories and make it much better. CSF could set this up better (Common Sense Factor).
  • It’s okay

I’ve tried a couple parental apps using the free trial. Ultimately came down to this one and Bark. I went with this one as it was more intuitive and the windows app to track iPhone calls and messages was easier to install and allowed for more options. Positives: - Prevents removal of the kids app - Has a clean interface - Windows app to install on my computer was easy to install - has a lot of options to block apps Negatives: - due to iPhone security it’s more difficult to monitor calls and texts but requires a windows app installed on a computer to do so (that’s no fault of the developer but the app does have problems read on). The windows app to track my kids calls and messages doesn’t always work. While my child’s iPhone will be on WiFi, the windows app will either say the iPhone is not connected to WiFi or if it does say connected, it doesn’t refresh very often even via manual refresh. - windows app constantly logs out - I got a notification via email that my child opened Facebook kids messenger for the first time, but the app on my iPhone doesn’t show any such activity. - while the use of windows application to track calls and texts works, it doesn’t organize them so it’s just a listing of texts sometimes even out of order making it hard to decipher. - doesn’t give me more options on app activity from apps such as Roblox, Snapchat, Reddit, Gmail other than just “your child used this app for x minutes” I’m more concerned on WHAT they are doing vs just using the app. Summary: A okay application that is easy to install and configure. The windows companion app to monitor iPhone calls and texts while is easy to install, comes with lackluster features and several bugs that while it ultimately gets the job done, it seemed it was created as a after thought bonus feature rather than any real worthwhile monitoring.
  • False reports, disconnects itself, randomly turns off time

This app sends reports to my parents about stuff I havent dont, apps I havent used, etc. Also sometimes it will NOT connect and then it blocks my internet until it connects which takes like all day. It also randomly turns off and on over and over again not sure why. Absolutely useless and slows my whole phone down and drains my battery. If 0 stars was an option I would choose it.

  • Not kid proof

What is the point of having an app to have parental controls when the child can easily unblock apps? Also it does not always track where they are if the child is off-line, they have to be connected to the Internet. I don’t feel that this app is worth the money.
  • Changed so it no longer works and tablet is messed up

I set daily times for tablet to not be available. It worked great for months. Now I can’t edit the time so the tablet is worthless during previously set times. They want me to upgrade for 60 dollars
  • Doesn’t work properly

While watching my child play video games, and location set to as wide a range as possible, I’m told multiple times that my child has left the home and returned. I block apps that my child is still using freely. I paid too much for it not to work.
  • Does nothing.

Does nothing. We set limits, added all the rules. My kids iPads still have full access to everything. Upgraded to premium and still no filter and time management. I’ve tried to use there help forms, and it’s very limited. No online assistance.
  • They stole my money

I’ve been trying to reach them for a week and all I get is an automated response. I think they are trying to stall until the 30 day “money back guarantee” is over.
  • Ruin your Laptop

This program will ruin your laptop if you download it for monitoring calls. There is a thread on Reddit dedicated to discussing how is a terrible app. I had to take my Laptop to place to have it fixed and DELETE my entire computer to make it fixable. Beware.
