    Feature that allows for time control of applications applies only to browser accessed games and apps. It doesn’t apply to locally installed programs. This limitation was entirely unclear at time of purchase. Misleading.

    Qustodio has been a blessing for my family. We homeschool and I have Qustodio uploaded to all laptops. It allows me to know how long they stream school. The amount of time they’re on allowed sites. It also allows me to protect them from inappropriate sites. I’m grateful and I have had no issues at all.

    I don’t like that I can’t connect the device to my own internet once connected to this application. I like my internet controls easier than this app but this is nice when not on the internet.

    We had another parental control app on my son’s phone and iPad for years, but it was starting to glitch so I did some research and found Qustodio. In the last month since we paid for the premium plan, my son has been able to easily find the app and delete it. That was not possible on the other apps. I’ve tried to contact the customer service and even when I log into the main site, to contact them through keep in touch it says I have an invalid password, even though it shows my name in the top right. Really not happy with this app at all right now, since it can’t be hidden like other pc apps we used. 😡

    This app is awful. At first it worked fine, then, it stopped on my son’s phone. I followed the directions to delete and reload and it still didn’t work. Then, getting ahold of customer service is so difficult. There is nobody to actually speak with and what is told is to just delete and reload it, which I already did. I will not be using or recommending this site again, and since I paid for the year, it was a total waste of money and time.

    - Does not allow requests to be submitted by kids on windows or macOS. - Does not create entries for embedded sites. (Problematic for kids in school as most sites have embedded content and kids can’t access it or request access for it, and it doesn’t show up in the app so you can give access even when it is denied.) - Blocks schools monitoring in specific education settings. - Unable to create settings for all users; requires editing settings one by one. - Overall, mediocre considering all the features it has. (Some do work well, but some don’t, and some are all together missing)

    It will block sites you specify, bug usage isn’t obvious and you have to know the sites to block. Not very intuitive to see websites your kiddo is using

    I tested the app with some nasty language and it did not make a report to the parent app. But when sending “ok” it flagged the word “ok”. Also not all calls and messages are listed. Some do get listed and some don’t. This app does not feel secure as a parent.
