Did not work ok my iPhone after hours of trying to set up the feeder. I finally tried it on my son’s iPad and got it to work. The feeder recently started dispensing way too much food but when I try to log into the app to fix it I can’t log in. The login button remains greyed out no matter what I try.

I’ve noticed that the push notifications for the PLAF103 no longer come through. I have factory reset feeder and uninstalled and reinstalled app. I’ve ensured notifications are turned on in the Me section of the app. When I look at the device management screen, notification settings are missing completely. I have gone into Apps > PetLibro Lite and ensured notifications are on and set to priority. Nothing. It’s been this way for months. Never tells me when the feeder is low. Used to alert me.

So poor, has so many issues connecting and at one point it just would not show any information on my scheduled feedings

Has not ran on macOS forever a year or more. PLEASE UPDATE

Machine works fine but app hasn’t been updated in years.

The app and feeder used to work pretty good, but within the last year, the remote features have gotten bad. turning on and off the schedules is very problematic. Sometimes they will take sometimes they won’t, sometimes they’ll show turned on when you turned it off, etc. I’ve had to change each schedule one at a time. Exit the app come back into the app and double check. Also, Manuel feeds have slowed significantly up to three minutes. When I hit the Manuel feed button it can be minutes before it actually makes the food drop.

I was just charged for a year-long membership two months ago, probably my third year in a row. All of a sudden in my account does not exist, but yet my feeders still go off. I had to create a brand new account to try and get my subscription to work…. And the subscription was unable to be transferred over. Support was clueless. Now I’m leaving town TONIGHT and my brand new account says every plan is out of stock. How is that even possible????? This is a nightmare.

It’s the worst app for the feeder. They have glitches and problems all the time. The feeder get offline constantly. Nit the WiFi problem. Please fix this ASAP. Or send me the updated feeder free of charge.

This app is rough. Do better

Please update the App so it works with macOS Tahoe.
