Description

The Google One app lets you back up your phone and manage your Google account storage. • Back up the important things on your phone, like photos, contacts and messages using the 15 GB of storage that comes with a Google account. If you break, lose or upgrade your phone, you can have the peace of mind of knowing the stuff you care about is safe on the cloud. • See your storage across Google Drive, Gmail, Google Photos, and easily free up space within the app with the storage manager. Upgrade to a Google One membership to get even more: • Get as much storage as you need for your memories, projects and digital files. Choose the plan that works best for you.

  • Free benefits don’t activate and customer service is impossible to access!

I’ve had my Google One AI pro membership for a year and frequently the free benefits do not properly activate and YouTube will still try to charge you for the subscription you’re supposed to be able to get for free. Contacting customer service through the Google One health center within the app is tricky to locate and then actively disappears after you have begun receiving child health and is no longer available within the app. If this happens to you open up Google One in a webpage instead and try accessing live customer support there. But plan to waste an hour and a half of your life that you’ll never get back and still need to wait another 24 hours to find out if they can actually fix the issue. I’m switching to Proton.

I downloaded this app to cancel my membership. The directions are misleading. I have not yet figured out how to cancel it. Hoping to find it soon…

  • I want to downgrade at a lower price…

Why is it when I try to downgrade you keep tacking on Google AI for an extra 49.99!? I don’t want that! Remove it or provide an option to remove it. That’s ridiculous. I’m just going to cancel the service entirely and you’re not getting any of my money for your predatory practices. No wonder the EU is leaving you! Ultimate FAIL!

Деньги за подписку снимают, статус подписки активен, а пользоваться нельзя из-за региональных ограничений. Бесполезная туфта как и все остальное что делает гугл. Все остальные компании предоставляют сервис если оплата прошла, независимо от региона
