Custom made foods disappear. When logging foods sometimes they’re duplicated or don’t get logged even after a save. 90% of the time can’t find restaurant foods

Leave my applications alone. I don’t need the “new” I need consistent I don’t want to have to hunt for things I knew where were. Fix bugs as fine security is fine but again you shifted all the info changed the charts. Make It voluntary to update. Quit fixing what already works
  • Very unhappy

I have been a Fitbit user for years, it was simple and worked perfectly for me. I bought an Apple Watch after my Charge 5 died, I didn’t Iike it as well as my Fitbit so I purchased a Charge 6. Mind you I had purchased multiple bands to fit my charge 5 which because of the chance in the Charge 6 would not fit the new watch! I gave some of them to friends. I also paid a fee to get more Details which I did not get but again I sucked that up. Not a way to treat loyal customers! Now this huge change, very unhappy! I have no idea how to request my fee back so I’ll just throw this Fitbit away and go back to the Apple Watch. Thanks Fitbit! By the way, I’ve never written a negative review for any product before. Is there a number to reach a live person at Fitbit?

What is this garbage and why force an update to this terrible app? I want to stay in the old Fitbit app!!!

Quite frankly, I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency regarding this new update. Not only have they ruined this app with this confusing, unnecessary ui change, they don’t even bother updating the entirety of their help page. How am I supposed to troubleshoot when the information is outdated and won’t work with the current app? I’m having several issues with weigh ins on my Aria 2 scale, and the only helpful community forum has been locked. With no real solution aside from some work arounds. I mean, are you serious? I pay with my hard earned money, and I’m forced to work around it, instead of this company providing real and accurate information? Instead of implementing stupid ai chatbots, how about listening to the ACTUAL issues several of your users are experiencing. If several of these issues aren’t resolved, or at least addressed, by the end of the year, I wouldn’t bother buying any Fitbit products going forward.

I have had my Fitbit for years, paid for the premium subscription. It’s not been the same since Google took over. And now I can’t use the app without a pop up about an upgrade that I can’t seem to dismiss. I don’t want to update it. And I don’t want some AI interface having access to my data. I shouldn’t have to upgrade to see all my old data. It’s ridiculous.

What bug improvement did you have to fix to make it so that when I open the app it just does a black screen….

This app is a downgrade. Not to mention Google doesn’t work well with iPhone. Hate it!

I bought a Fitbit product not a Google product; I don’t want Google force fed in my face. No one likes the changes and removing the milestone badges. The new ‘Google health’ app look is 100% ugly and I don’t want to get rid of the Fitbit version. I’m honestly going to switch to a different watch brand because this is enough to drive me away from the brand. I’ve been a user of Fitbit since the company first launched. When Google bought Fitbit they should have honored fitbit as it is and not made it into a Google product. They have enough money and engineers to run more than one app… Customers want variety not a one option product different than what the bought. I’d love to leave a review/complaint through my account of the app but I can no longer do anything in the app due to an update being forced upon me. Google return Fitbit to the way it was or you’re going to lose more customers to competitors

Google forced me to update from the Fitbit app and it’s actually impressive how bad they’ve made this version. The dashboard is packed with stats that are so small you can’t actually view them, the customization options are embarrassingly limited as there’s no choice over which stats go on which page of the dashboard, and the whole app just prioritizes competition with your friends list instead of the health information it’s name pretends to care about. I’m not sure why Google Health decided to reinvent the wheel here, but they did so very poorly. This app has settled my decision to move away from Fitbit with my next watch.
