Microsoft To Do is 3-5 star app depending on my day to day needs. It has a lot of features like Groups and the Suggestions. I’d love if it could roll over any unfinished tasks on My Day. The integration with Outlook is nice but can be overwhelming when using the Suggestions.

I love using To Do, but I wish the projects that are shared with me would be visible in the Desktop view and not just online. I also wish there was color coding available

In the last few weeks the program has bombed out and once I lost all of my tasks and had to go rummaging around on Outlook to find my missing to Do's. I don't use Outlook so that was a little bit of a trial for me. I didn't even know you had to go to Outlook to find the "trash". Which apparently is the place that the deleted or lost tasks go to their reward.
  • Why not part of Outlook

This feature used to be part of Outlook. Now it’s not. It’s usefulness is almost obsolete now and is one more reason I might just switch over to full Google calendar & email.
  • Decent but too basic

Needs a better way to work with subtasks. Not very flexible (no tags, no labels). Most of the prebuilt views are of limited use. I mean it’s okay but slightly below average for the typical list maker.

I love the integration between all the other Office apps, and I have also been able to leverage Automate with common, repetitive requests.

The oportunity to automatically send email notifications once a task is assigned on a shared to do list would be helpful and to get email updates to the assigner once the items are complete.
