Love the features etc… my only complaint is that adding an image for my business logo has been impossible, it always shows up as an attachment

Outlook is great at keeping my corporate life organized and efficient. I’m a big fan of the rules option for categorizing my inbox and keeping everything exactly where I need to see it. Kudos.

  • Requires a Microsoft 365 Subscription

The description provided by Microsoft says that Outlook is now free to use (with ads) for personal email accounts. I did not find that to be the case. As soon as I open the downloaded program, it says you are offline, and the only way to go online with the program and set up an email account is to activate an Office 365 subscription, which is “free for 30 days”. Unless you want to pay Microsoft for the rest of your life, don’t bother downloading this program.

Microsoft Outlook is a great app. I use it for my college email daily.

Every time I open Outlook, it eventually de-syncs my email account and I either have to close the app or sync it again.
  • No phone support of out Look or 365

NO telephone support or phone number I can find and Apple has great phone support. Do you have a phone number to a live support person?
  • Paragraph Formatting

I am deeply frustrated by the recent changes in Outlook that have removed the capabilities for formatting paragraphs and pictures. This change has disrupted day-to-day communication, especially for those of us who rely heavily on clear, visually structured emails for internal and external communications. The inability to properly format paragraphs (such as spacing, indentation, and line breaks) makes even basic messages look sloppy and unprofessional. Likewise, stripping down picture formatting options—like resizing, positioning, or aligning images within the body of the email—completely undermines the usefulness of visuals in correspondence. These features weren't just aesthetic; they were essential tools for clear and effective communication. Their absence has made Outlook feel like a downgrade, not an improvement. Please restore these basic formatting capabilities. They are essential for users who expect modern email functionality from a platform like Outlook.
